If in the unfortunate circumstance your order arrives broken, we've got your back! We are committed to replacing any product that arrives broken, at no additional cost.
To qualify for a replacement, we request that you send us photographs and if possible, video footage of the broken product within 24 hours of receiving the order. This would provide substantial proof to assist in the verification process and facilitate the swift processing of your replacement.
